Announcing our *NEW* NCA Wealth Care Portal, Debit Card and App!
On May 1, 2020, North Coast Administrators is launching a brand new member portal, benefits card, and mobile app! Designed with you in mind, the new portal offers simple navigation features, allows you to quickly and easily manage your healthcare finances, and provides the tools and resources you need to get the most value from your benefit accounts.
Why the change?
The new Wealth Care Portal will have a new and exciting look and offer you an enhanced online experience. It will be intuitive and easy to use, with the latest responsive design capabilities for optimized use on any device. Our new benefits card will be active on the first eligible swipe– no need to call to activate first!
What you need to know:
· April 15: Current TakeCare benefits cards will freeze. A new NCA Benefits card will be mailed to your home address. Please plan your expenses accordingly!
· April 26: Last day to upload claims via MyFlexOnline
· May 1: New member portal, mobile app and debit cards will be live! You can submit claims and monitor account activity through our new Wealth Care Portal and app
· On May 1, 2020, simply log into the North Coast Administrators Wealth Care Portal by establishing a user name and password, and begin experiencing the new site and all it has to offer. We will send the Wealth Care Portal URL in the coming weeks.
*Please note, you can continue to incur expenses during the transition. Please keep your receipts to submit with claims.*
NCA will be sharing more information about how to log into your new account and mobile app in the next few weeks.
