In just over a week, we will be LIVE on our new claims platform.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
-If your employer offers debit cards, you will receive a NEW NCA Benefits debit card in the mail, at your home address. Don't throw it away!
-Our mobile app is available for download on the app stores iTunes and Google Play. On May 1st, you will see your account information.
-The last day to upload claims to MyFlexOnline is April 26th. If you incur expenses between April 26th and April 30th, you can submit claims and receipts to us on May 1st via the NEW employee portal. Keep your receipts!
